1. Stage 1:1950-1977 (foundation laying period)

Yuheng Optical (changchun first optical instrument Factory) was founded in 1965. In November 1965, the first batch of optical instrument products "reflection monochromator" qualified, indicating that the production of optical instruments have basically met the conditions. Thus changchun city's first complete optical instrument production enterprise was formally born in 1965; In March 1966, the company was officially renamed As Changchun Optical instrument Factory (in the same year, it was renamed as Changchun No. 1 Optical instrument Factory).

In November 1965, with the help of Changchun Optography Institute and its brothers, the first batch of optical instrument products produced by Yuheng optics (the former Changchun No. 1 Light) -- reflection monochromator prototype was successfully trial-produced.

The first encoder product produced by Yuheng Optics (changchun Yilang) in July 1967.

In 1969, according to the needs of the development of the enterprise, the factory decided to rebuild the optical workshop. The equipment was not matched, so the workers made the optical processing equipment by themselves. We have made our own optical processing equipment, such as single axis machine, double axis machine, cutting machine and rolling machine.

The reflection monochromator and small monochromator developed by Yuheng Optics (formerly Changchun Yiguang) participated in the construction of Chairman MAO Memorial Hall, which was honored by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1977.

Developed and produced by Yuheng Optics and WJG-1 liquid laser microregion spectrometer, it was awarded the national Science and Technology Congress award in 1978.

The grating encoder produced by Yuheng Optics (formerly Changchun Yiguang) was awarded by the CPC Central Committee, the State Council and the CENTRAL Military Commission in 1980, 1984 and 1992 for the launch of Carrier rockets and communication satellites in China.

In 1994, Yuheng Optical encoder pilot base, which was confirmed by the State Economic and Trade Commission as the only encoder engineering pilot base. In 1997, Yuheng Optical encoder pilot base was awarded "Eighth Five-year" National Technology Innovation Excellent project award by the State Economic and Trade Commission.

In 1996, Yuheng (former Changchun Yiliang) was granted the right of import and export by the Ministry of Foreign Trade.

In 1996, Yuheng Optical Technology Center was recognized as a provincial technical center. In 2002, the only post-doctoral research station in the industry was established with the approval of the Ministry of Personnel and the National Post-doctoral Management Committee.

In 2004, Wang Qiming, Zhou Liwei and Kuang Dingbo, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, visited Yuheng Optics co., LTD. (former Changchun Yiguang) and wrote an inscription.

In 2005, Yuheng fully implemented ERP enterprise resource planning system, established supply, production, sales, storage, financial, technical network information management structure.

Yuheng Time Co., LTD., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuheng Optics, was established in 2006. Yuheng optics undertook more than 40 years of manufacturing optical instruments of all business. The high precision parallel optical tube, precision monochromator, laser Raman spectrometer, solid state laser and complete set of photoelectric laboratory instruments have reached the leading level in China.

In 2006, Yuheng optics was recognized as a post-doctoral research and entrepreneurship base. In 2007, Yuheng photoelectric encoder was rated as a famous brand in China.

In 2008, Yuheng undertook the national Development and Reform Commission to revitalize the northeast old industrial base high-tech industry development special project, covering an area of 30,000 square meters of new industrial science and technology park was put into operation.

In 2008, the new industrial science and technology Park completed a comprehensive transformation of the workshop production line.
